I directed this short promotional video in anticipation of the release of my band’s new record, People Live Everywhere. It’s basically a shot-for-shot remake of a late 80s anti-drug public service announcement starring our drummer, Tony, and his daughter, Isabella.
If you are feeling up for a little aggressive, loud music this weekend, please consider checking out Nonagon, Maple Stave and Mayor for Life at Quenchers Saloon this Saturday, Sept. 25th.
So, 1/3 of Nonagon posts in the Internet forums of Electrical Audio and, as a result, we will be playing at the super-secret underground music festival called the Electrical Audio BBQ (or something like that) on Saturday, June 12th at 1:40pm. We are not supposed to tell anybody about it but I figure no one reads this Web site, so I will promote it here. The address is 3722 W. Chicago Ave. Bring $15 and some raw meat, ear plugs and kevlar, I hear the neighborhood has its share of ruffians wandering the streets.
This is going to be a poster for an upcoming Nonagon show. It’s based on an earlier image I made about a decade ago that I never did anything with. Hopefully I will be able to finish in a day or two so that we can get these Xeroxed off in a timely manner.
Nonagon will be playing wil The Nein, Snowbeast and The Cellar Steps on December 12th, 2006 at the Note in Chicago’s Wicker Park. More details here.
